Pond


another piece with roving, it looks much better in person. I know I should be honing my photo taking skills, but I would rather spend time playing with fibers.

This piece is about 9x12, usually I crop the pictures but left this one as is. I like when the roving goes over the edge and may mount this onto another piece of fabric and add some roving.

I like it just as it is too, gives a sort of wildness about it.
All the tree pieces you have created recently are wonderful. I really like the top one in the last blog - fabulous colours.

I love your work! I found you via the yahoo group on machine needle felting, which I just joined. I'm in the process of making a felted wall hanging that will depict at least one tree. Do you use yarn for your trees, or roving? Your trees are awesome!
